  • Ensure property is accessible at appointment time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Requests must be made at least 24 hours before appointment.
  • Cancellations with 24+ hours notice receive a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours notice incurs a $50 fee.
  • No-shows are charged the full service fee.
