Booking & Scheduling
- Bookings can be made online or by contacting our office.
- We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance.
- You will receive a confirmation email with details.
- Ensure property is accessible at appointment time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Requests must be made at least 24 hours before appointment.
- Cancellations with 24+ hours notice receive a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours notice incurs a $50 fee.
- No-shows are charged the full service fee.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at booking unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept credit cards and debit cards.
- All prices are in CAD and include taxes unless stated.
Service Delivery
- All services are delivered digitally via email or download link.
- Standard delivery time: within 24 hours post appointment.
- Rush delivery (8-10 hours) available with extra fee.
- Files remain downloadable for 30 days.
Property Access & Preparation
- Property must be accessible at scheduled appointment time.
- Basic staging is recommended (open blinds, tidy rooms, lights on).
- Pets should be secured during the visit.
- Tenants/occupants should be informed of the visit.
Liability & Insurance
- Our team carries full liability and property damage insurance.
- Clients must ensure safe conditions for work.
- We are not liable for issues caused by unsafe environments.
